🚨
Growing up, we were taught that college —> job —> success.
That sequence used to feel like a promise. Now it feels like a trap.
</aside>
The problem we’re responding to:
- The cost-benefit of college is collapsing for many people.
- AI is changing school and work faster than institutions can adapt.
- Entry-level opportunities are shrinking while expectations keep rising.
- When the system fails, the blame becomes personal (as if it is a character flaw, not a structural shift).
What LAUNCH is
<aside>
🏗️
LAUNCH is a hub for making sense of this moment.
We document what’s happening.
We share what we’re building.
We turn scattered stories into something actionable.

What LAUNCH is not
<aside>
⚠️
We’re not here to pretend we have the answer.
- We’re here to build solidarity around a shared reality.
- We’re here to spotlight experiments that work.
- We’re here to make it easier to keep trying.

Who it’s for
If you are:
- Deciding whether college is worth it
- In school and unsure what the rules are anymore
- Applying for jobs and feeling stuck in the churn
- Working and still feeling disoriented
- Or rebuilding from scratch
…you are in the right place.
